- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106 and 13.5. Subject: Red Rags Cleaning requirement Solicitation Number: W912LC-21-Q-0106 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses that are effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective date 10 March 2021. Set-Aside: UNRESTRICTED NAICS Code: 812332 , and the corresponding small business size standard is $41,500,000 SEE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR REQUIREMENTS. OFFERORS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO READ THE PWS IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A QUOTE. � Quotes will be evaluated based on the total price inclusive of options. Quotes Due Date: September 14, 2021 at 1600 EST� Quotes shall be transmitted electronically via email to the points of contact listed below. Quote pricing shall be valid for 30 days after the quote due date. A firm fixed price award will be made based on best value. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be ""ACTIVE"" at the time of award. Payment will be invoiced and paid through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). *NOTE: The Government will perform a comparative evaluation (comparing quotes to each other) to select the contractor that is best suited and provides the best value, considering the evaluation factors in this solicitation. No adjectival ratings will be assigned to the evaluation factors. The award will be based on price and other factors as listed below. The lowest priced offer may not necessarily represent the best value to the Government. Contract award may be made without discussions.
