Bid Due Date Does NOT Change.Wage Determination is now ""General Decision Number: MI20210001 08/27/2021 17 August update:� Pre Bid Sign in sheet and meeting minutes posted.� Project Title: Repair Parking Lots A,K,L,N,Q,R Project#: MBMV 212838 Location: Battle Creek ANGB, MI (Battle Creek, MI - 49037) Period of Performance (POP): 180 Days 1) Set-aside: 100% Small Business 2) Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M 3) NAICS Code: 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors 4) Project Magnitude: Betw een $500,000 and $1,000,000. 5) Sealed Bids are Due: See Box 13 of SF 1442 6) Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference. See Instructions to Bidders, and FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) 7) A bid bond is required. Bids submitted w ithout a bid-bond w ill be determined Non-Responsive. 8) Currently, this requirement is Unfunded.� Funds are not presently available for this contract.
