- Description
- The 19th Civil Engineering Squadron�is seeking to acquire services to remove and install flooring in building 1992 on Little Rock Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.� Instructions to Offerors - In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1442, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under ""Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost""), complete blocks 14, 15, 16, and 17 and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. c) Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Monday 7 September 2021 at 10:00 AM CST. Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 9:30 AM to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. This will be the only site visit conducted. Reservations for the site visit will be submitted no later than 2 September by 3:00 PM CST. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask if the 6 ft. rule cannot be met and shall be worn inside all buildings. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID, vehicle registration, and insurance to access the base. All questions will be due to the POCs listed in the table below by 9 September 2021 at 10:00 AM CST.
