- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Tractor Syracuse, NY VAMC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Request for Quote will be submitted via Email, RFQ reference number 36C24221Q1150. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This procurement is being issued as 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). It is the Government s intent to issue a firm fixed price, single award as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333112, Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) Only SB may respond. (v) The Contractor shall provide one (1) Tractor that has the same salient characteristic of John Deere 2032R Compact Utility tractor with Tektite Cab and HLA 60 Snow Blade. This is not a brand name specific solicitation The requested item shall be delivered in new and unused/unopened condition. (vi) Description of requirement: Must not exceed 92.3 in height Grounds maintenance and snow removal 60 snow blade (vii) EVALUATION: Quotes will be evaluated based upon lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is based upon the ability to meet the above specifications and past performance.
