- The purpose of Amendment 0002 to�Solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0075 is to: 1.�Extend the offer due date and time from Thursday,�26-Aug-2021 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Monday, 27-Sep-2021 at 4:00 p.m. EST. 2.�All other terms and conditions of Solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0075, except for those addressed by Amendment 0002, remain in full force and effect. The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0075 is to: 1. Extend the offer due date and time from Tuesday�27-Jul-2021 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Thursday, 26-AUG-2021 at 4:00 p.m. EST. 2. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0075, except for those addressed by Amendment 0001, remain in full force and effect. 1. This Request�for Quotation (RFQ) W56HZV-21-Q-0075 will result in an 18 month, Firm Fixed Price�Requirements Contract for the Procurement of: Noun: Modified Outer Bump Thru Door Set Part Number: 5-19-13854-10 NSN: 5340-01-515-3755 Unit of Issue: Each Noun: Modified Inner Bump Thru Door Set Part Number: 5-19-13854-20 NSN: 5340-01-514-4321 Unit of Issue: Each 2. This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single requirements contract for the estimated supplies in CLIN 0011 and 0021. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for�discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule. The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award. For further guidance related to a Requirements type contract, see FAR clause 52.216-21, Requirements. 3. This RFQ is for full and open competition 4. The contractor is authorized to ship early with no additional cost to the Government. 5. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. It is Distribution ""D"" which limits access to DoD and US DoD contractors only. Please refer to section C in the solicitation for additional information and directions on how to access this documentation. 6. The Government requires Military Packaging- Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) for this procurement. Please refer to Section D in the solicitation for additional information. 7. All shipments will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to the following address: XU BLUE GRASS ARMY DEPOT XU GEN SUP STORAGE PT CRP WHSE 211 431 BATTLEFIELD MEMORIAL HIGHWAY RICHMOND, KY, 40475-5070 NOTE: The contractor is authorized to ship early at no additional cost to the Government. 8. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A. Include the number and date of each amendment. 9. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complet fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such fill-ins. Your offer may be determined ineligible for award if these fill-ins and representation are not completed. 10.
