- Description
- This is a proposed acquisition for RF Spectrum Monitoring Systems for the 85th EIS at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi 39534. The Government has determined that only one source can meet this requirement and will solicit so under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). In addition, a notice of intent will be posted on the Government Point of Entry in accordance with FAR 5.301(d)(1). The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 334511 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD Agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
