- Synopsis Notification The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide Meltwater and TV Eyes Subscriptions. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via Business Opportunities (www.SAM.gov) on or around 08/30/2021. This is not a request for quotations. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status:. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 519190 (All Other Information Services) with a size standard of $30.0 million. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via SAM at www.sam.gov. No CDs or hard copies will be available.
