The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. This requirement is, on a brand-name-or-equal basis, to renew enterprise licenses for the installed base of HALO digital pathology software tools (i.e. �brand-name�), or to obtain enterprise-level digital pathology software tools that constitute a platform fully equal in form, fit, and function to certain HALO products (i.e. �or equal�).
