Description: This is a non-personal service contract to provide contractor support for the Defense Retiree and Annuitant System � Modernization (DRAS-M). The contractor shall provide all personnel and items necessary to perform the functional and technical support for the DRAS-M as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.
