Description: The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS) have a requirement to purchase 9-Hole Barricade (Part Number USM-54-14-01) and Base Set (Part number USM-109-14-01) that has to meet all qualifications listed in TC-322.9, which outlines the procedures and standards for Soldiers rifle training and Qualifications. This includes the use of barricades to stimulate firing in an urban environment.
