- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Laguna Niguel Delineated Area (see attached map)): North: El Toro Road South: Crown Valley Parkway between I-5 and La Paz Road East: I-5 between El Toro Road and Crown Valley Parkway West: Start at the intersection of La Paz Road and Crown Valley Parkway, north on La Paz Road to Alica Creek Road, north to Aliso Viejo Parkway, north to Pacific Park Drive then proceed to the intersection of Pacific Park Drive and Highway 73, then north on Highway 73 to El Toro Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,306 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: One 5- year option term Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
