- *Amendment 0001* This solicitation has been extended to 3 September 2021 @ 1300 KST (1:00 PM/Korean Standard Time). Shipping information will be updated in the solicitation. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC) 2021-06 effective 07-12-2021. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisionsmay be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov. 3. This Solicitation is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 33690 � Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 1,000 Employees. 4. DESCRIPTION: The 51st Logistics Readiness Squadron at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea is requesting all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Deicer Vehicle Parts. 5. QUESTIONS: Submit technical questions to the Contract Specialist, SSgt Sadie Lambert at sadie.l.lambert.mil@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, MAJ Joseph Iannitti atjoseph.a.iannitti.mil@mail.mil via email within 5 business days after the solicitation issue date. Please include the solicitation number (PAN411-21-P-0000-004577) in the subject line on the email. Telephonic (verbal) questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions, whichmay affect offers, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the Request for Quote. 6. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Offerors are requested to submit a quote for the line items on the Schedule of Services; Attachment 2. Quotes must be received in writing, via email to the Contract Specialist at sadie.l.lambert.mil@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer at joseph.a.iannitti.mil@mail.mil no later than 31 August 2021, 1:00 PM (KST, Korean StandardTime). 7.
