- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to�NGPV Jacksonville, FL LLC for electrical services and ac products and services.�This requirement is for the Jacksonville Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is DPYATES@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. This intent to sole source is being posted as required by the FAR. Based on the fact the FBI is the lessee and the lessor is dictating that we need to contract through them. We do not have a choice of vendors. No other vendors will be considered for award.�
