- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with WESTED under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. BIE Ft. Wingate High School has a requirement for Professional Development services for instructional support and coaching for all academic staff for FY 21-22 and has invested focused professional development plans with WEST Ed and they have established prior needs and relationship with our staff. The continuation of these plans will substantially support our school improvement services for our high school in closing the gap for our learners. The anticipated delivery date will be June 30, 2022. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611710.
