- Demolition of Knolls Warehouse Facility in West Tooele County, UT This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Utah has a requirement for demolition of the Knolls Warehouse Facility. The project is located in West Tooele County, UT. See attached Statement of Work and Specifications for complete requirements. Service Contract Act is applicable and the wage determination is attached. 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns under the 238910 NAICS code (Site Prep Contractors) with a size standard of $16.5M. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.
