Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-21-Q-0071 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide seven (7) forklift rentals to assist in operations within the shipyard.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532289 for All Other Consumer Goods Rental. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $8,000,000. The Product Service Code is W039, Lease Or Rental Of Equipment- Materials Handling Equipment. Please note the following:� Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation.
