- Rental and Delivery of 1 QTY 12� X 60� Office Trailer to USCG Aviation Technical Training Center (ATTC), 1664 Weeksville Road, ATTN: UWET Division, Elizabeth City, NC, 27909. ATTC Underwater Egress Training (UWET) and Aviation Survival Technician (AST) divisions can no longer occupy their office spaces in ATTC Rescue Swimmer Training Facility (RSTF) Bldg 3 and are in need of a dedicated 12� X 60� Office Trailer to facilitate office workspace. BASE Elizabeth City does not have empty Office Space for ATTC to occupy. Proposal must include how contractor will meet Electrical requirements. Statement of Work attached Pricing must include delivery, installation and retrieval.
