Small Business Set-Aside: SBA Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Description: This Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project replaces the existing hot water pre-heat coils, hot water reheat coils, cooling coils, humidifying systems and associated coil runout piping for eight air handling units (AHU-1 through AHU-8) located on the Fourth Floor of Building 207. This project also addresses the correction of any AHU related deficiencies observed during field investigations. Please see the provided Scope of Work (s) (SOW) for more details.
