Description

The following is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District intends to solicit for a contractor to supply, deliver, and install a new 24� by 30� log pavilion, concrete slab, sidewalks, and electrical utilities in the same location as the existing pavilion.� The job also includes the removal and disposal of the existing old log pavilion, slab and sidewalks at the US Army Corps of Engineers� Pokegama Recreation Area located at 34385 US Highway 2 West, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. ��All work shall conform to local, county, and State laws and codes. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of June 1, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. with a size standard of $39.5 Million. This solicitation shall be a Total Small Business set-aside.�� The solicitation will be a Request for Quotes (RFQ) This synopsis is not a request for quotes, proposals, or bids. This is a notice that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via Contract Opportunities (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities) in the near future. The specifications will be detailed in the solicitation. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
