- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B20421Q00000015 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is a for supply acquisition for 1 Stryker EMS Power-Pro XT Ambulance Cot Model 6506 or equivalent *new non-refurbished* with: * Front-end hitch-secures the foot end of the stretcher to the Power-load System for transportation. * Dual wheel lock * X-restraint package * Antenna- Allows for wireless communication between the Power -Pro XT and the Power-Load System. * Power Controls- Controls the Power- LOAD System during loading and unloading for simplicity of operation and maximum advantage. * Equipment hook (Fits most monitors) * 3 stage Iv pole * standard Side rail * g-rated mattress * Steer - Lock * Knee latch * Retractable Head-end O2 bottle holder. * XPS System: Expandable Patient Surface (XPS) system increase patient surface area.
