- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: �AFSC/PZIOB, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order to PTC Inc. cage code 0K0D7. PTC Inc. will be providing the following: 33 Each: MNT-DAEBE5340F-T2: ApexAda Embedded Base V4.2 for Solaris/SPARC Targeting ApexAda Exec/MIPS 5 Each: MNT-DANEE5000F-T2: ApexAda Enterprise V4.4 for Solaris/SPARC. The procurement of the ApexAda Software is to allow the 72 ABW/FM (ALO) to utilize the software required to analyze, test, maintain, and continue development for the E-3 AWACS weapon system radar programs.� This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is�30 September 2021. �Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. �Deadline date for the submittals is 10 September 2021 at 12 PM Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
