S03 - SOURCE SOUGHT 36C24621Q1352 This is a Sources Sought Announcement Only. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals nor quotes and shall not obligate the government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to conduct market research to obtain knowledge of potential qualified offerors interested and capable of providing BWise DU15-15K Ultimate Dump Trailer or similar product, with the ability to meet the requirements of a resulting solicitation. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code 336212 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Salem VA Medical Center in Salem, VA. It is the VA intention to negotiate and award on a competitive basis. No formal solicitation document exists currently. Responses to this notice to provide a BWise DU15-15K Ultimate Dump Trailer or similar product shall provide the following on company letterhead ; Complete Business Name as registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM), Point of Contact, Business Size (large or small), identify whether or not firm falls into any of the Social Economic Categories: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Small Business, etc.), Capability Statement containing information about recent relevant project/s similar in size and nature, DUNS Number and Address, by 2:00 o'clock pm EST 09/02/2021. Any interested party with questions shall ask their questions via email to Monique.Cordero@va.gov from 08/31/2021 until 2:00pm EST 09/02/2021 (no phone call will be accepted). All answers will be provided individually to the interested parties on or about 09/01/2021.
