Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations. Contractor will furnish all labor and materials to construct a new 12,500 square foot Clinical Building for prosthetic service. This new Building will also house the primary care telephone care program, benefits and data management staff, pharmacy telephone care program, and acquisition and material management staff. This project includes the demolition and removal of Building R-4 (8,000 square foot, 22-year old temporary modular building), and the construction of a remote parking lot with 35 paved parking spaces. ���
