Description: The Mission & Installation Contracting Command office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington intends to award a requirement for custom-designed connectors, tent poles, and other hardware on a sole source basis to Rainier Industries, LTD. These components and connectors will be used with�existing Reconfigurable Tactical Operations Centers (RTOC) tents utilized to replicate a field-like environment indoors, at a training facility. Rainier Industries, LTD provided the Government-owned equipment in 2001, in close relation to the construction contract that erected said training facility.
