Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with ��Georgia Technology Authority 47 Trinity Avenue SW Atlanta Ga 30334. The requirement is for data link connection to GCIC NCIC for Department of Emergency Services, Fort Gordon GA.� Period of Performance is September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022. �The NAICS code is 518210. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 2:00 pm on 6 September 2021, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
