General Information This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W91QF5-21-Q-0008 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04, effective 19 January 2021. This procurement is being issued set aside 100% to Small Business, under NAICS code 811310 �Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenancewith a small business size standard of $8 Millions.� The Network Enterprise Center � Lee (NEC -Lee) Lee seeks to obtain the necessary service required to ensure maintenance is available on mission critical equipment. for�Base year�and two (2) option years contract service.�See PWS attached for more information. Base Year Periord of Performance (PoP) start date 27 September 2021 to 28 September 2022. Opt Year One (1) start date: 27 September 2022 to 28 September 2023. Opt Year Two (2) start date: 27 September 2023 to 28 September 2024. The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror who is able to meet all requirements in accordance with the PWS, and offers the lowest overall price to the government. Multiple awards will not be made.� In order to be considered for award, vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Vendor are responsible to ensure the representations, and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. The Performance work statement (PWS) included as an attachment to this announcement, or subsequent amendment, will be made a part of any resulting award. 2. Communication with the Government Questions: Please submit written questions via email ONLY to the contracting specialist at magno.g.orellanaalvarado.civ@mail.mil. Questions will be received up to 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Sept 1, 2021. Questions received telephonically and/or after the designated closing time will NOT be considered or answered. Quote Submission: Quotes shall be received no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on�Sep 07, 2021.� All quotes shall be submitted via email to magno.g.orellanaalvarado.civ@mail.mil. Quotes submitted other than via email� WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Offerors are responsible for submitting electronic offers by the solicitation due date and time. Offers received after the solicitation due date and time are considered late and will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). 3. Submission Requirements: Prospective vendors must submit the following information with their quote package.� Failure to submit one or more of the required documents may render the submission unresponsive. Price (using CLIN Structure). Past Performance �Submit at least three (3) reference for the same or similar work completed in the past eighteen (18) months with the government or commercial entities. The Following information shall be submitted with each reference.
