- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124E21Q0008 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561790 with a small business size standard of $7.50M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-09-03 14:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be , null null The MICC Fort Polk requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 09/27/2021 - 09/26/2022 LI 001: Bi-Annual Cleaning. The Contractor shall provide a Firm Fixed Price for the performance of Kitchen Vent Hood Exhaust Cleaning Services two (2) times a year for those buildings/hoods identified in Technical Exhibit #3 for CLIN *001 as requiring cleaning two (2) times a year in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The duration between cleanings for a given vent hood shall be six (6) month intervals. Quantity listed is per service per vent hood. This Firm Fixed Pricing shall be inclusive of all profit as well as all other costs (to include but not limited to travel, labor, and supplies) to the Government. See Section H for additional requirements/clarifications for this requirement., 74, Job; LI 002: Quarterly Cleaning. The Contractor shall provide a Firm Fixed Price for the performance of Kitchen Vent Hood Exhaust Cleaning Services four (4) times a year for those buildings/hoods identified in Technical Exhibit #3 for CLIN *002 as requiring cleaning four (4) times a year in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The duration between cleanings for a given vent hood shall be three (3) month intervals. Quantity listed is per service per vent hood. This Firm Fixed Pricing shall be inclusive of all profit as well as all other costs (to include but not limited to travel, labor, and supplies) to the Government. The Contractor shall provide a Firm Fixed Price for the performance of Kitchen Vent Hood Exhaust Cleaning Services two (2) times a year for those buildings/hoods identified in Technical Exhibit #3 for CLIN *004 as requiring cleaning two (2) times a year in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Polk intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Polk is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Quote must include pricing on all CLINs, failure to do so may result in rejection of quote. All pricing must be valid through 30 September 2021. A single site visit for this requirement is scheduled for Thursday, 12 August 2021. Site visit participants shall meet promptly at 07:30 AM CST at 6661 Warrior Trail, Building 350, Fort Polk, LA 71459. The initial meeting location is at the Third (3rd) Floor conference room in the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Polk, LA Office (located to your left when exiting the elevator and at the end of the hall). Site visit participants will depart promptly at 08:30 AM CST. Site visit participants should be prepared for a long and potentially hot humid weather day with a period of long uninterrupted viewing of buildings as the site is not scheduled to stop for any breaks. Site visit participants are reminded that photographs are not allowed, including all smart phone devices, without approval from the Fort Polk Installation. Visitors will have to enter Fort Polk from the main entrance gate and go through the 24 hour visitor center�s process to gain entry to the installation. Site visit participants should arrive early enough to allow for the 24 hour visitor center to complete their process to grant a visitor pass. The 24 hour visitor center�s phone can be reached at 337-531-0380 to validate what documentation is required for installation entry. Vendors that want to attend the site visit for this requirement shall send an email to sharon.k.hammond.civ@mail.mil and christine.stringer.civ@mail.mil with a list of site visit participants (not to exceed two per company) along with any questions regarding the site visit no later than 09 August 2021 by 1:00 PM CST.
