Description

1.3 OBJECTIVE. Contractor shall provide all labor, management, analysis, planning programming,�administration, training, review, transportation and incidentals necessary for one-engine inoperative departure�data in order to maximize aircraft operational weights while providing safe escape routings for specified�Mission Design Series (MDS) aircraft in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). SDP�data shall be delivered to the Government via internet access, email or other avenues for direct-to-aircraft data�delivery, for retrieval of data for a specified list of airports, runways, aircraft and engine type and takeoff flap�settings in order to enhance the Air Force's ability to safely and effectively conduct operations from these fields. 1.4 SCOPE OF WORK. In the performance of this PWS, the contractor shall design and provide a web-based�SDP takeoff performance system for the defined MDS based on each aircraft manufacturer's performance�algorithm, as well as real time derived data to make takeoff calculations. Aircraft requiring SDP subscriptions�include: C-5M, KC-10, KC-46, C-17, KC-135, C-130H, C-130J, C-37A, C-21A, RC-26B, E-3 and E-8C. The�Government may add new or delete MDS aircraft, as necessary, to the contract list. NOTE: Please see the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation document.
