- **********************************�W912P521B0015�� Amendment 0001�� �*********************************************************** Amendment 0001 is being issued for the following reasons: The required response date/time has changed from 02-Sep-2021 01:00 PM to 10-Sep-2021 01:00 PM. 1) Provide Government responses to Bidder inquiries about the solicitation. 2) Provide revised specification sections as a result of Bidder inquiry responses. a) Revised specification sections include the following: Section 01 11 00 � SUMMARY OF WORK, Section 01 20 00 � PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES, Section 01 35 26 � GOVERNMENTAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, Section 33 30 00 � SANITARY SEWER, and Section 33 32 16 � PACKAGED UTILITY WASTEWATER PUMPING STATIONS 3) Revised Bid Schedule to make corrections to the original Bid Schedule. a) Added Options 1 through 4 to capture the Contractor�s responsibility to identify, as well as obtain approval from Tennessee Department of Environmental Conservation (TDEC), a duplicate site for the leach field. 4) Revised plan sheets include the following: Q3-67/10, Q3-67/11, Q3-67/12, Q3-67/13, Q3-67/14, Q3-67/14A, Q3- 67/14B, Q3-67/15, Q3-67/16, Q3-67/17, Q3-67/17A, Q3-67/18, Q3-67/19, and Q3-67/20 5) Provide special contract requirements within the amended solicitation that were missing from the original solicitation. a) These documents are as follows: i) Obey River Campground Soil Survey ii) Obey River Campground Utility Layout As-Built iii) USACE ESA Consultation Letter � Obey River Campground 6) Attached Site Visit Attendee List from Friday, 12 August 2021. 7) Provide Submittal Register ************************************************************************************************************************************************** SCOPE OF WORK�:�� The work includes Construction of the Obey River Campground Sewerline network which includes selective clearing, partial removal of the existing sewerline, trench excavation, PVC and PE plastic pipe construction to include assembly and construction of all pertinent sewerline components, connection to the existing sewerline network, disposal of removed pipe, construction of dosing tank and pump vault, pump installation, construction of leach fields and all pertinent components, minor concrete placement, some potential pavement replacement, granular backfill placement and compaction, in-situ material backfilling, seeding, and any other incidental related work including survey of final pipe network and environmental protection. It is anticipated that the Contractor will only encounter soil during trenching and excavation operations. However, rock may be encountered during excavation operations. Pre-Bid Site Visit:�� �Site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, August 12,�2021 at 10:00am Central Time. REGISTRATION:� Only registered persons will be permitted to attend the site visit. In addition to the information below, please also provide your firm�s name, firm�s CAGE and/or Unique Entity Identifier (known as DUNS) number, and name and position title of primary point-of-contact and their telephone number and email address. PUBLIC OPENING OF BIDS:� Bids will be publicly opened at the time set for opening in Block 13 of the SF1442 via video conference presentation that shall be held on Thursday, 2 September 2021 at 1:00pm Central Time. This information can be accessed on this date and time by using call-in information that will be posted in an amendment closer to the bid opening date.
