- The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide repair and maintenance to the exterior envelope of Forest Service owned administrative buildings in Craig and Thorne Bay.� All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work, specifications, and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Base bid work includes replacing deteriorated siding, to prepare and stain siding and trim, and paint heating oil tank on the Craig Ranger District Office and Warehouse. Work includes protections of adjacent improvements and vegetation. Optional bid item work includes replacing deteriorated siding, preparing, staining siding, and painting heating oil tanks on the Thorne Bay Ranger District Main Office, Warehouse, Bunkhouse, Duplexes, and Quads in Thorne Bay, Alaska.
