Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT one Vespoli VHP55 high performance racing shell or equal. Vendor must accept a 2012 Vespoli ES eight (serial number � MJ307J212) at a trade in value of at least $8000.00 or greater to offset the full cost of the new racing shell.
