Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. �This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. �North American Industrial Classification Standard 339999 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 500 Employees. The South Dakota Air National Guard Maintenance Group has a requirement for a portable paint booth for large aircraft parts and support equipment. The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price order for the following: CLIN 0001�� �Qty: 1 Pkg�� �Portable Paint Booth CLIN 0002�� �Qty: 1 Job�� �Delivery Minimum required specifications are as follows: - Dimensions: � -- Full booth dimensions (inflated): minimum interior dimensions 25 feet Long x 16 feet Wide x 14 feet High (maximum exterior dimensions 32 feet Long�x 20 feet Wide�x 18 feet High) � -- Large zippered entrance (located on width side of booth): minimum opening 13 feet Wide�x 14 fee High�(maximum 14 feet Wide�x 15 feet High)� � -- Minimum 1 zippered employee entrance to access booth - Filters (Exhaust/Intake filters): � -- EPA 6H rule: minimum 97% capture rate - Replacement filters in addition to inital set � -- Replacement Exhaust Filters of equal filter efficiency noted above, Qty: 4 � -- Replacement Intake Filters of equal filter efficiency noted above, Qty: 24 - Air Movers (to inflate booth and drive air change rate): � -- Minimum of 4 air movers with 120 volt plug ends and minimum air flow of 1,000 CFM per air mover � -- Air movers must be capable of inflating the entire booth in 15 minutes or less � -- Minimum estimated air changes per hour 15 - Emergency exits sufficient to ensure safety of employees in paint booth of these dimensions - Minimum of 2 air hose access slots - Minimum of 4 tie down points/straps on outside of paint booth - Side/top windows to allow for sufficient lighting needed for detailed painting operations Preparing and Submitting your Quote: �Offerors shall provide pricing for the above items inclusive of delivery to the South Dakota Air National Guard, 1201 West Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264. �Pricing should be provided using the attached Quote Sheet. �Request delivery within 30 days after date of contract. �If you cannot meet this request, please provide your best delivery date. To facilitate the most expeditious and equitable evaluation process possible, please use the attached Quote Sheet for providing requested company, product and pricing information. �Your firm�s standard quote documents can also be submitted but please ensure ALL the information requested in the attached Quote Sheet is included. �Please make quotes valid for a minimum of 60 days. All questions must be directed to Michael Bisson at michael.bisson@us.af.mil and Jeremiah Minter at jeremiah.minter@us.af.mil no later than two business days prior to quote due date. �All questions and answers must be in writing. �Do not contact other Government personnel as this will only delay receipt of answers. �All questions and the answers provided will be released to all eligible offerors on a non-attribution basis. �All terms and conditions remain unchanged unless amended in writing. Evaluation: �The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. �Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, delivery�and past performance factors considered. �Technical, delivery and past performance factors, when combined, are approximately equal when compared to price.
