Description
Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport N66604-21-Q-0590 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0590 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 335999.� The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This procurement is being competed on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for 93 Wave Division Multiplexers built in accordance with Drawing and Parts List 8827966 (Attachments 1 and 2). In order to receive the drawing and parts list, the company must be registered in the DOD Joint Certification Program (JCP). Once approved for the JCP the company will have to request access to the drawings through SAM.gov. You must be registered�under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical documentation. CLIN 0001: Quantity ninety-three (93) Wave Division Multiplexers Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI 02841-1708. The Offeror shall include shipping charges and specify delivery lead times in its quote. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. If UID applies, payment will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If UID does not apply, and if there are no surcharges, the Government�s preferred payment method is via credit card. Additionally, offerors shall review, complete and submit Attachment 3 � �52.204-24, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment� with their offers. This solicitation requires registration within the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable the offeror shall: Quote the items specified, in the required quantities in accordance with Drawing and Parts List 8827966. Additionally, the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within the Supplier Performance ��Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Offerors shall include price, delivery terms, shipping costs (if applicable) and the following additional information with submissions: point of contact (including phone number and e-mail �����address), offeror CAGE Code, and offeror DUNS. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to andrew.kenyon1@navy.mil and must be received on or before Tuesday, 30 July 2021 at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
