This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH21Q0237. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/. This is a total small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 334516. All qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) on behalf of the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing the Bioscreen C PRO System (brand name or equal) in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 and according to specifications listed in the Request for Quote.
