Description

SYNOPSIS MIDAC I-Series 1813 FTIR Gas Analyzer for EPA NVFEL The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), Ann Arbor, Michigan, intends to purchase one (1) MIDAC I-Series 1813 FTIR Gas Analyzer. The acquisition of this Commercial item will be subject to sole source competition and will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516: Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. MIDAC I-Series 1813 dedicated gas analysis system with: � a Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer (FTIR) � a Stirling Cooled MCT detector and a heated 20 meter long-path gas cell with ZnSe windows, � calibration by the OEM to the 40 CFR 1065.750 detection specifications. � options for 4 one-year onsite service and support. The solicitation will describe and set forth all requirements for the MIDAC I-Series 1813 FTIR Gas Analyzer. Award will be made on a sole source basis. The full solicitation should be issued on or about September 16, 2021 on FedConnect.net. This office does not intend to mail hard copies of the solicitation.
