- Description
- The main purpose of this contract is to further develop and document existing automation tools according to government, scientific, and industry best practices in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology to update validity, utility, and adverse impact ratio tables/charts for entry standard consultations. The automation tools should be versatile enough to work on common test scores (e.g., percentiles or t-scores), and work for one Air Force Specialty (AFS) or multiple AFSs at a time. A second purpose is to further develop and document automation tools to prepare common Air Force test data (e.g., ASVAB) for the validity, utility, and adverse impact automation tools. ��The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the PWS.
