Solicitation #:� FA461021Q0044 Project Title:� 576 FLTS Silicone Kits This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 (07-12-2021) and DFARS DPN 20210709. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.� This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA461021Q0044. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325520, �Adhesive Manufacturing�. �The applicable small business size standard is 500 employees and the applicable PSC code is 8040, �Adhesives�. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Attachment 1- TO 21M-LGM30G-2-18�for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information/ delivery, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.� Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto.� All firms or individuals responding must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov/SAM).� All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with the provision at FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory.� Lack of registration in SAM will render an offeror ineligible for contract award. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Submit quote on the attached SF 1449, RFQ.� The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items Please refer to the attached SF 1449, RFQ, for a complete list of incorporated clauses and provisions. Any questions or comments must be submitted by 20 August 2021, 12:00 PM PST.� Answers will be posted on or about 23�August 2021.
