Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the requirements of FAR Subpart 13.1�as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations�are requested. The Solicitation number is SP4705-21-Q-1777�and is issued as a Request for Quotation�(RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06�effective July 12, 2021. This is a Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 315210 (Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors) and the Size Standard is 750 Employees. Award will be made as a single�firm fixed price�contract.�The purpose of this requirement is to provide the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Child Development Center�with custom printed polo shirts, hooded jackets, and cobbler smocks at�the DLA Headquarters Complex located at Fort Belvoir, VA.�See the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and requested print design image for additional information.
