- Description
- 3.1. Contractor will ensure the telephone controller positions meets the following requirements: a) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) requirements b) Internet Protocol capability and meet DISA requirements c) Be able to support call volume of a 911-Dispatch Call Center d) The system must be able to connect to the base phone system (T1, PRI Fiber, LAN or AS-SIP) and directly to the DISN via AS-SIP f) Have the capability to call, phone-patch, conference, and transfer to and from DSN or commercial telephone lines, on and off the installation g) Meet multi-level precedence and Preemption (MLPP) and call roll-down capabilities to prevent lines from ringing busy to the caller h) Interface with additional voice connections, such as Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) and Land-Mobile Radio (LMR) radios, and provide the capability to integrate Very High Frequency (VHF) radios in the future i) Connect the UHF/VHF radios and the telephone line to support air-to-ground phone-patches j) Digital voice recording capability with the capacity to record a minimum of 20 lines simultaneously k) An audible beep to signify the line in use is being recorded l) Have the capability for multiple users to operate the system simultaneously from the same console m) Controller positions must be able to be programmed with a minimum of 300 speed dial and hotlines n) Contain a programmable electronic telephone directory that supports up to 500 speed dial and direct dial phone numbers o) Feature 1-touch conference-call capabilities to support a minimum of 20 callers p) Have a Caller ID feature to identify incoming and outgoing lines and display the phone number and programmed hotlines q) All controller positions must be at least 20 inch touch-screen all-in-one turrets with the capability to be back-mounted to the existing console furniture or set on the desktop of the workstations r) Maintain a historical record of incoming and outgoing calls to enable a quick call-back at the controller�s position s) Ability to expand to up to forty-five (45) additional users and two (2) additional fail-over nodes for possible future upgrades t) Adjustable volume speakers per position to monitor the telephone and multiple radios u) A minimum of five (5) different ring tones, per position, to allow audible identification of critical hotlines with adjustable volume control per position
