Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Contract Support Management Office at Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island (MCSF-BI), Jacksonville, FL 32226, hereby gives notice of the intent to award a firm fixed-price contract to Neu Technologies Group LLC. for Video Teleconference (VTC) and Audio Visual (AV) upgrade services. Award will be made on a sole-source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Neu Technologies Group (NTG) is the current provider of VTC and AV maintenance services at MCSF-BI. As a result, the upgrades to include proprietary programming will be performed by NTG. Due to the complex integration and proprietary programming aspects of new and existing VTC equipment and supportive equipment, NTG is determined to be the only responsible source.� As such, award will be made on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to: Neu Technologies Group LLC | 2516 W Oakridge Drive | Albany, Georgia 31721 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by 9 September 2021 8 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
