- Description
- BLM Wyoming Fuels Terra Torch: The Bureau of Land Management, Cheyenne, Wyoming, intends to award on a sole source basis to Gelfire Systems LLC, Ontario, Oregon. The contractor will be providing Terra Torch Systems that entitle the BLM to support BLM Fires. Gelfire Systems LLC, has been the provider of these supplies in previous years and is integral to the success of BLM Wyoming maintaining consistency. No solicitation package will be available. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted no later than September 16, 2021. The North American Industry Classification for this procurement is 333999 with a size standard of $500 Million.
