Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), on behalf of the Department of Treasury's Departmental Office's (DO) intends to award a sole source order to CTL-System Ware for Technical Security Counter Measure (TSCM) equipment. This equipment is used to perform security maintenance activity(s) designed to safeguard Department of Treasury�s sensitive information from exploitation, compromise or other unauthorized disclosure. The authority permitting a Sole Source Acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The period of performance will be 09/30/2021 � 09/29/2022. According to market research conducted, CTL-SystemWare is the sole manufacturer/provider of CTL-SystemWare systems and is the only organization authorized to provide upgrades, training, maintenance and repair for these systems without violation of warranty, equipment damage, or performance degradation from unauthorized components and software. Specific description of the requirement is sensitive in nature and cannot be provided�in this entry point.
