- VHAPM Part 813.106 SAP: Soliciting Competition & Evaluation of Quotations SOP Page 3 of 5 Original Date: 10/12/17 Revision 04 Date: 06/10/20 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 3-10-2021 This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Business The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310, with a small business size standard of 1250 Employees The FSC/PSC is DB02. The Alexandria VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is requesting to purchase Audiovisual System for an audiovisual system that integrates, editing/recording, broadcasting and simulcasting through our SCALA digital signage information system. See attach Statement of Work (SOW) All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies/Services: Alexandria VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) STATEMENT OF WORK Background: The Audiovisual System needs to stream content to and from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Needs to stream a variety of recorded or live content using a dedicated streaming network to the waiting areas around campus, the Chapel, and five Community Based Outpatient Clinics located around the state of LA. Key features identified for the Auditorium are as follows: 3 ea front & rear Wall mounted Conference Cameras with Tilt Pan and Zoom( currently installed) One 70inc monitor installed in the Chapel. 2 large wall mounted Monitors that display events held in the Auditorium, Chapel and 5 CBOCs. (currently installed in auditorium) Viewable projector screen area is 10 h x 14 w. Sony HD 3CMOS Video Cameras Control Room (upstairs) Full Digital recording, editing and storage of Video and Audio from all cameras/projector/ PC s as well as Audio from Microphones. Broadcast the live events to both SCALA, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube systems as well as Chapel and CBOCs locations. The auditorium is a little over 3,000 square feet and holds about 400 people. Many of the buildings on the campus are over eighty years old and are listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. We also want to incorporate two large monitors or screens for attendees to view events held in the auditorium. Building 6 room 018 area Digital Signage and Portable Streaming equipment are to be housed in this area. This will allow for greater flexibility and setup around the main campus as well as 5 CBOCs located around the state of Louisiana.
