This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70121R00039 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 511210 with a size standard of $41.5 million. Issue Date: 12 August 2021����������������� Proposal Due Date: �21 September 2021 at 2:00 P.M.
