Description

The Bureau of Fiscal Service Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC (AFRH-W), is soliciting for Elevatore Renovations / Replacements and retlated services.� Services performed shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).�� Attached Wage Determination applies. Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted in writting in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors herein. ALL POTENTIAL OFFERS WHO WANT CONSIDERATION/ELIGIBILITY TO QUOTE SHALL ATTEND THE SITE-VISIT.� POTENTIAL OFFERORS WHO DID NOT ATTEND THE SITE-VISIT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. No questions shall be asked or addressed at the site visit.� All questions must be submitted in electronic format, such as a Microsoft Word attachment, and emailed to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, on Wednesday, 9/15/2021.
