AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124G-21-R-0004_001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 711130 with a small business size standard of $11.00M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-09-03 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The MICC Fort Rucker requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 09/01/2021 - 08/31/2022 LI 001: Base Year Protestant Musician POP: 1 Sept 2021 - 31 Aug 2022 Prelude Music: Contractor is required to play a prelude for a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the service as the congregants arrive for Chapel services or special events and holidays. Postlude Music: Contractor is required to play a postlude for a minimum of 10 minutes at the conclusion of the service as the congregants leave the Chapel services or special events and holidays. Accompany Music: Contractor is required to accompany warm-up for choir/worship team/soloist if requested by the worship leader or Senior Chaplain. The Contractor will accompany all hymns, religious songs, and service music for congregational singing during the service.
