- USCG CEU PROVIDENCE SOLICITATION NO. 70Z0G121BPRV14100 MAJOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WATERFRONT USCG STATION EATONS NECK Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services required to perform the following Major M&R Waterfront at USCG Station Eatons Neck, Northport, New York. The project includes one (1) Base Bid Item and three (3) Optional Bid Items (OBIs) as summarized below.� Base Bid Item #1 RPUID 9720: Replace the South Floating Dock and guide piles with new concrete floats and steel guide piles, remove and reinstall the existing shore ties on the new concrete floats, replace the existing shore tie electrical lines, and remove and reinstall other miscellaneous items associated with the floating docks as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #1 RPUID 9719: Replace the South Bulkhead including the anchor system and bulkhead return, remove and reinstall the existing light poles located behind the South Bulkhead, and replace the light poles� underground electrical conduit within the limits of work as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #2 RPUID 9719: Reconstruct the riprap revetment at the South Bulkhead return as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #3 RPUID 854214: Install new LED shoe box light fixtures and poles on the South Floating Docks as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. The estimated value of the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. �A 20% Bid bond is required. �Performance and/or Payment bonds will be required. The date set for receipt of bids is 02 September 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST. �Award is anticipated to be made mid or late September 2021.� The performance period is estimated to be 340 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.� If option(s) are exercised at award the performance period (340 days) will NOT increase. �If option(s) are exercised after award the performance period will be increased accordingly not to exceed 60 days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. �All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications, drawings, and applicable�Wage Determinations incorporated herein, can be accessed for download as Attachments of this IFB at the following site: https://www.sam.gov.� Vendors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management database through https://www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.� NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUEST.
