- The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the closing date of the solicitation to Friday, September 3, 2021 at 1200 PD. RE-ROOFING OF MULTIPLE BUILDINGS AT CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK, VENTURA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA The National Park Service, Channel Islands National Park, has a requirement to remove and replace (re-roof) five historic buildings at the Anacapa Light Station, on Anacapa Island. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238160, with a corresponding size standard of $16.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from total small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered. The work of this contract consists of supervision, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to remove and replace (re-roof) five historic buildings at the Anacapa Light Station, in the Anacapa Island Historic District of Channel Islands National Park. Re-roofed structures shall be weather tight and match the original appearance of the buildings. The buildings to be re-roofed are the Keeper's Residence, General Service Building (Visitor Center), Power House (Maintenance Shop), Tank House and Fog Signal Building. An organized site visit has been scheduled- See Section L.
