Description

AMENDMENT 0002 - SITE VISIT CANCELLED, PERIOD FOR QUESTIONS CLOSES AMENDMENT 0001�- EXTENDS DUE DATE, REPLACES THE RFP, AND ADDS SITE VISIT 2 SOLICITATION� Project: USDA Forest Service, Coronado National Forest, Tucson, AZ, Nogales Ranger District has a requirement for mine reclamation work that includes re-seeding as described in the solicitation. This project is located in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. Magnitude of project:� Between $250,000 to $500,000.� This solicitation (Request For Proposals-RFP)�is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 562910 750 Employees; PSC: Z2KZ.� Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs.� The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Organized Formal Site Visit #2: �Cancelled due to conditions on the ground.� Period for questions or site visits closes at Noon, September 2, 2021. Offer Submission:� Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.� Responses to this solicitation should be sent by email in electronic format to the Contracting Officer.� All submittal and deadline requirements shall be met by use of email: warren.abbott@usda.gov.� Deadline for submission of offers shall be September 13, 2021, 4:00 p.m. PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).�
