- Amendment 0001� The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Remove wage determination Attachment 6 -�PA2020018 Heavy Sewer/Water Treating Plant 2) Replace with wage determination Attachment 6 - PA20200006 Heavy and Highway _______________________________________________________ NRCS Pennsylvania Wetland Restoration, Enhancement, Tree and Shrub Establishment The project is located in Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.� It is to improve degraded wetland functions, enhance plant communities, animal habitats (especially for waterfowl, wading and shore birds, neotropical migrants, reptiles and amphibians and other wetland dependent wildlife) restore wetland hydrology, and seed disturbed areas associated with the wetland enhancement.� The work will include the creation of four potholes and six ditch plugs, controlling culvert flow with riprap dissipation pads, seeding and mulching, and tree and shrub planting per the attached statement of work and other documents.�
